This alarm clock is a classic. In the late 80s, Dietrich Lubs designed the AB1, the predecessor of the BC02. Lubs worked closely with lead designer Dieter Rams in the Braun Design team and was responsible for many clock and calculator lines.
 There are two sizes of the alarm clock; I chose the smaller size (57x57 instead of 78x78mm) which is perfect for traveling and still easily readable when placed on a side table next to the bed.
