The golden rings you see on the pliers, are bronze bearings on the pins which contribute to making Keiba pliers exceptionally smooth and practically wear-free. Additionally they operate super smooth and without rebound. Forged from extra-hard Japanese steel, hardened to 60 HRC at the working surfaces. The handles are coated with a grippy elastomer.
